Passionfruit – a tangy soft white passionfruit ganache in moulded chocolate

Lemon and Lime – a layer of lemon ganache covered with a layer of lime ganache

Cranberry and Apple – an apple ganache encasing a juicy cranberry in a moulded chocolate
